All the characteristics of the distinctive new word are captured in our South Australian wines. This wine features the heady aromas of ripe blueberry, dark cherry and blackcurrant, with cherry, blackcurrant and dark chocolate notes on the palate.

It is all about focusing the lens on the nooks and crannies of Marlborough's sub regions, soils and climates for the Mud House Sub Region Series. Building on over 20 years of producing wine from New Zealand's iconic Marlborough region, our winemakers select grapes from the different parts of the region, that offer a unique expression of key varietals.

Influenced by the surrounding mountain ranges, cool climate & low fertility soils, Central Otago is ideal for growing outstanding Pinot Noir with elegance & finesse. Made from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir grapes, the result is a distinctive, well-structured cuvée of exceptional quality with a long, refined finish. Enjoy as an aperitif, or alongside mussels, clams or smoked salmon, cheese platter of hard or smoked cheeses.

Seductively heady aromas of rose petals, dried cranberry and bright crunchy red cherries. Dried thyme, roasted coffee bean, dark chocolate and just a faint wisp of candle smoke. The palate has flavours of dark plum and chocolate dipped cherries. A spark of bright acidity illuminates the mid palate, carrying through to a finish that lingers long past the last sip.

Nola's Rich Ruby is a 100 year old family recipe, made in the Portuguese style of a ruby port. Nicely balanced sweetness, with rounded fruit flavours. Serve with dried fruits or nuts-based dessert, cheese, as a warming after dinner drink or lightly chilled as an aperitif. The fourth generation of the Nola family continues over 100 years of family wine making history and tradition.
