Angove Organic Sauvignon Blanc is a single vineyard wine made from organically certified grapes grown in thier own Nanya Vineyard, in the Riverland region of South Australia. Joe Babich favours 'a fuller, riper, softer style of Sauvignon Blanc'. It's not a jump out of the glass style, but the wines develop well. The latest releases reflect a rising input of grapes from the company's Cowslip Valley vineyard in the Waihopai Valley, which gives less herbaceous fruit characters that it's other Marlborough vineyards. This smooth wine features strong, ripe flavours of melons and limes, moderate acidity and a rounded, rich finish - great drinkability and well regarded all over the world.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Pale straw in colour, this sauvignon blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine.

Camshorn, originally a Suffolk sheep farm, sits sheltered from prevailing winds by hills on both sides. The vineyard's clay and gravel soils, along with its sun-trap climate, are key to capturing concentrated flavours. Together with a range of clay and gravel soils, this sunny valley, sheltered from the prevailing winds, is the perfect setting for growing elegantly styled and concentrated Sauvignon Blanc.

On the nose, the wine exhibits fragrant elderflower, grapefruit, basil and passionfruit notes with richer underlying stone fruit characters. This is complimented by subtle oak bringing and underlying creamy / vanilla richness. On the palate the wine is full, finely textured and persistent with a slightly dry, flinty edge.

Hand harvested and gently whole bunch pressed to craft a finely textured, complex and age-worthy style of Sauvignon Blanc. Vibrant flavours of quince, nectarine, pink grapefruit and elderflower are complimented by a flinty minerality, notes of roasted cashew nut and a subtle creaminess derived from wild fermentation and lees aging in French oak.
