Terms & Conditions for Spreading the Christmas Cheers Promotion

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand who are 18 years and over. Employees, contractors, suppliers and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences on 09/12/24 and closes 23.59 on 05/01/25 (“Entry Period”). No entries will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.
4. To enter the promotion, scan the QR code instore or follow the link to register your details via https://www.superliquor.co.nz/xmas-cheers
5. Completing your details via the link opts the winner in to receive promotional material from the Promoter.
6. Limit of one entry per person, for the duration of the promotion.
7. There are 200 prizes in total. 50 prizes will be drawn each week over the 4 week period:
1. Week 1: 50 x Holiday Hampers valued at $100 each
2. Week 2: 50 x Gourmet Direct Vouchers valued at $100 each
3. Week 3: 50 x Prezzy Cards valued at $100 each
4. Week 4: 50 x Chilly Bins valued at $100 each
8. A draw will take place each week. The first valid entries drawn will receive a Prize (“Winner”).
9. The Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or text.
10. The Winner(s) may be announced on the Super Liquor Facebook page or via a Super Liquor EDM.
11. Prizes must be redeemed by 23.59 on 31/01/25.
12. Prizes are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
13. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address, and any other information from entrants relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering, or tampering with this promotion.
15. All decisions of the Promoter (including selection of prize winners) are final and binding, no correspondence will be entered into.
16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
17. The Promoter and its related bodies corporate shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the promotion or any prize.
18. Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants’ consent to the use of their information as described. By entering this promotion the Promoter has your consent to use your details to conduct this promotion and any related publicity (which may include disclosure to third parties for processing and analysis of the information).  The Promoter also has your consent to contact you about the Promoter, its brands, special offers, samples and other promotions. You may request an update or correction of your details by putting the request in writing to the Promoter at competitions@superliquor.co.nz.
