This 12YO Aberlour has been matured in two cask types, traditional oak and Sherry oak casks. Especially selected every year, they are filled with whisky and quietly aged for a minimum of twelve years; then the casks are married together. Traditional oak casks encourage the subtle character of Aberlour to develop, whilst Sherry oak casks add hints of ruby gold colour and a deep and rich flavour to the whisky. A perfectly balanced single malt, rich and citrusy with notes of red apple and cinnamon.

Sherried & Intense. Meaning 'the original' in Gaelic, A'bunadh is made in homage to Aberlour's founder, James Fleming. A'bunadh is a whisky hand-made from start to finish with each batch being created to ensure a rich and complex flavour of moist raisin, and homemade fruit cake. It is bottled at cask strength resulting in a robust and deeply intense, sherried whisky.

Auchentoshan Three Wood Single Malt is a bold and vibrant whisky from Glasgow's original urban distillery, established in 1823. Uniquely triple distilled for a lighter, more refined character, it is matured across three cask types - American ex-bourbon, Spanish Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez - developing exceptional depth and richness. Layers of blackcurrant and plum unfold on the palate, complemented by notes of hazelnut, cinnamon, and butterscotch, before leading into a warm, sweet oak finish.

To make Benriach Twelve, Benriach spirit is three cask matured for at least twelve years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels and port casks. The whisky from each cask is then expertly married together to create a smooth, sherry-rich single malt, layered with baked fruit, maple honey and cocoa, perfectly balanced with a lingering sultana and spiced mocha finish.

Bowmore is widely acknowledged to be among the finest, most perfectly balance single malts in the world. Complex yet perfectly balanced, Bowmore 12 Year Old reflects the raw essence of Bowmore - thrashing waves, windswept landscapes and generations of tradition. Unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky. Distilled from 100% Islay grown barley, raised in 2010 for 2011 distillation 6 Islay aged years. Matured in 75% ex-bourbon American oak casks and 25% ex-wine European oak casks. Bottled unchill-filtered and colouring free on the island of Islay at 50% abv. The careful selection of casks brings oak depth, vanilla and coconut sweetness and lemon/grapefruit zest without overpowering the sweetness of the malt.

Celebrated for its light yet unmistakably smoky character, Caol Ila 12 Year Old offers a journey to Scotland's rugged Islay coast. Distilled on the shores of the Sound of Islay since 1846 using pure water from Loch Nam Ban, it captures the essence of Islay with clarity, finesse, and enduring appeal. Pale straw in colour, this fresh and smooth-bodied whisky opens with a clean, appetising nose of subtle citrus fruit, fresh herbs, and a gentle wisp of peat smoke. The palate begins sweetly and softly, developing into a fragrant, balanced smokiness before concluding with a lingering, sweet-smoke finish.

Ballindalloch, on the banks of the legendary salmon river, is for many the home of the definitive Cragganmore Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Hugely complex, rich with layers of flavour and a whiff of smoke in the finish. Aromatic and floral on the nose, with a hint of smoked almonds.

A great malt which Jim Murray awarded 95 points in his Whisky Bible, this is excellent value for money. The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range.

The Glenfiddich 12YO bears all the hallmarks of Glenfiddich's Speyside signature style, one that has made it the world's most awarded single malt. Matured in the finest Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks for at least 12 years before being uniquely married in oak tuns for up to nine months to develop exceptional harmony and complexity of flavour. In the glass, a distinctive fresh and fruity nose with a hint of pear followed by a palate of butterscotch, cream, malt and a subtle oak. Serve neat, with water (to bring out the flavours), over ice or in cocktails.
