The unrelenting environment tortures the vines whose twisted limbs produce wine worthy of absolution. These wines are sinfully succulent and devilishly good.

This wine shows a nice cherry colour with a violet shade because of its youth. Red berries and cherries bouquet on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, slightly astringent and harmonious with long finish.

Hand-picked grapes from Elephant Hill's Gimblett, Bridge Pa and Te Awanga vineyards have all contributed to this Reserve Syrah. A wine with elegance and concentration that will reward cellaring. Red licorice and raspberry with undertones of smoky barrel spices. A wonderfully balanced Syrah.

Gorgeously fruited and perfumed with Black Doris plum, spiced cherry, dark olive and smoked game nuances, it's succulent and supple in the mouth delivering excellent fruit purity and silky flow. Finely textured and lingering with a delightfully elegant finish.

Intense red with purple hues. Full bodied with dense ripe cassis fruit flavours balanced with vanillin oak but yet long and smooth. Try with char grilled sirloin or a heart minestrone. A blend of fruit from some of Quarisa's key vineyards in South Australia. Enchanted Tree Shiraz is a medium to full bodied, rich, dark fruited style. The kind of Shiraz that the guy's become famous for!

This is a smooth and fruit orientated Gimblett Gravels blend. Deep purple in colour, it has a bouquet of dried herbs, red berries and subtle hints of cedar from a period of barrel maturation.

Red cherry, plum and spice, fruity and smooth. Perfect match with red meat dishes.

Central Otago's cool climate consistently produces exceptional red fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry and redcurrant, but with concentration and length to match. This wine is layered with black and red berry fruits, complemented by blossoming aromas of dark plum.

A rich, luminous ruby of appealing depth announces an equally complex nose, which reveals multi-faceted aromas of red and dark fruit, such as dried plum, blackberry, cassis and redcurrant, lifted by spicier impressions of black pepper and liquorice.
