From a densely planted limestone block on the edge of the Kawarau River, Shingle Beach is the most lifted and finely detailed of Terra Sancta's single block Pinot Noirs. Central Otago is home to New Zealand's largest high country sheep stations. The original shepherds who worked these stations have moved on, yet their spirit remains.
