Twelfth Hour Distillery was born from a desire to combine fresh, tantalizing, and exotic botanicals from around the globe with premium New Zealand gin. After 22 iterations uniting global botanicals with the powerful makrut (kaffir lime) Twelfth Hour Dry Gin has a clean, crisp aroma on the nose. Ukiyo Japanese Blossom Gin begins with a base of locally grown barley distilled into traditional shochu, then redistilled with juniper, regional citrus, cherry blossom and native botanicals. Made with a focus on balance and precision, it reveals delicate floral aromas layered with gentle citrus brightness, capturing the essence of the mountains and coastline of Kagoshima. Elegant and refined, it offers a clean, nuanced gin experience with a soft, fragrant finish.

Crafted by Ukiyo in Kagoshima, Tokyo Dry Gin reflects the spirit of "ukiyo" - living in the moment - through a refined and balanced expression. Distilled from a base of locally grown rice and layered with 11 botanicals including yuzu, mikan, sakura and sansho, it captures the diversity of Japan's terroir. The exceptional Whitley Neill Original Handcrafted Dry Gin was created by Johnny Neill, a direct descendant of a long line of distillers. Inspired by his family's sense of adventure, Johnny strove to create his own signature blend of gin: a tribute to his English distilling heritage, and an homage to the enigmatic beauty of his wife's South African homeland.
