Built on a selection of 12 botanicals, it introduces ambrette seeds sourced exclusively from Ecuador and gently dried bergamot orange peel hand-picked in Calabria, adding a rich new dimension to the original recipe. To preserve the character of each botanical, the vapour infusion process is deliberately slowed, allowing for longer distillation and the development of deeper aromas and layered flavours. This makes Star Of Bombay an exceptionally smooth gin designed to be enjoyed on its own in a Martini, or in a variety of contemporary cocktails.
